If theres something else hitting a high usage on one of those, that will likely be causing issues. Youll have 4 columns, sort by descending usage and have a look at Network and Disk in particular. You won't lose any progress, but a lot of players are reporting that it significantly improved their speed-and it worked for me and another editor, too. Open Genshin and whilst its running, go back to the Desktop (Windows button + d), right click task bar and go to Task Manager.
